SESSIONS WITH LILY AYRE
All appointments are conducted via Skype or FaceTime, which requires a reliable internet connection. If you are currently in Britain, appointments can also be conducted via telephone. Appointments can only be confirmed once payment has been made.
Cancellation policy: All schedule changes and cancellations must be made a minimum of 12 hours in advance to give us time to offer your session to someone else and rebook your appointment for another time. Payments for sessions much be made beforehand, or a payment plan schedule agreement be arranged. Should you need to unexpectedly cancel, we will rearrange your appointment for as soon as possible. If you don't show up for your session or do not contact us beforehand with an explanation for your absence, the money will be held in an account in your name for you to rebook at a future date, further to discussion regarding your absence. Should you not wish to rebook, no refunds will be given. This is important to honour the commitment of us working together, and to respect Lily's time, energy and services.
Confirmation emails: you will receive an email confirming your purchases on this site. If this is for a 1:1 session, Lily will email you within 48 hours to arrange booking.
Once you've purchased your session, you have a six month time period in which to book with Lily, otherwise this constitutes failure to show up for your session and you will lose your session payment. Although we will email you upon receiving payment, our email may not get to your inbox due to an incorrect email address being provided, or junk mail filtering, so we ask that you take responsibility to follow up with us if you don’t hear back from us within two days of making your order for a private consultation with Lily.
A recording service is not included in your session. If you wish to record your session, you are welcome to do so using your own recording device.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS (BRITAIN)
We accept returns of products within three days of purchase if you were sent the incorrect item or if the item is faulty, otherwise no refunds are given and all sales are final. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when sending returns to us. Upon receipt of receiving the returned item we shall send out a replacement or issue a refund including the postage cost of the return.
If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you will need to let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and return it to us, the cost of returning the product is your own. On receipt of this we will send you out the correct product.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS (INTERNATIONAL)
We are unable to accept returns from international customers. Lily Ayre of Elemental Efflorescence is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delay that may occur with international deliveries due to customs and the receiving country's own postal system.
No responsibility is taken for items lost or damaged in transit. Should an item fail to arrive, please contact us and we shall do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. This may take a few weeks. Delivery times are estimated and may vary in accordance with your local postal service. Items sent by airmail have an estimated delivery of 5-7 days for most countries. However, please allow up to 30 days to receive your parcel as customs can delay things considerably.
If we work together, a case history form will be emailed to you. Upon receiving your completed form, I will save the file to a password protected folder on my computer which no-one else will have access to. A written record of our sessions will be kept in a locked cabinet for seven years after your last session, at which point these will be destroyed. You are entitled to see these records at any point, please request a copy of your notes should you wish to see them.
Persons under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent, guardian or carer if they wish to purchase any services from this site. We do not monitor or take responsibility in screening visitors or age status.
